Charlesglen Toyota was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my 2013 Rav4 XLE. From our first step through the door we were treated incredibly well and that service carried all the way through fina purchase of my 2013 Rav4 XLE. From our first step through the door we were treated incredibly well and that service carried all the way through financing and delivery of our vehicle. They were very fair and reasonable in their pricing, explained every detail of our new vehicle to us and expressed appreciation for our business. Our initial sales person was Gord but we also met with Kelly and Tyler in financing and DJ showed us all the features of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Charlesglen to anyone looking for a Toyota. Great work guys! More

James is an all-round perfect guy. He is very informative, patient, customer focussed and an excellent communicator. I had dealings with James when i was going to buy my 2012 Sienna and it's been informative, patient, customer focussed and an excellent communicator.
