I have had a great time dealing with the people at Charlesglen Toyota. All the people there from the managers to the sales reps are pleasant to deal with. I have dealt with a different Toyota dealer in the city before I went to Charlesglen Toyota and it is like day and night! The other dealer was sort of shady! Never gave me straight answers about prices and just wanted to get my deposit and they refused to return it. I dealt with a gentleman with the name Juan Becerra who was AMAZING. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his cars. He answered all my questions about my new 2013 RAV4 Limited in details and was very patient with me. The thing that I appreciated the most is the fact that he was not pushy at all. He was actually the first car sales rep that didn't keep bugging me about putting a deposit down. He made the car sell itself. The other thing that I appreciated is his honesty and advice. I would defiantly recommend dealing with him. IF YOU ARE BUYING A TOYOTA, GO TO CHARLESGLEN. They are great. WE DECIDED TO CHECK TOYOTA DEALERSHIP JUST ONCE BEFORE SEALING THE DEAL BECAUSE WE CAN'T IGNORE THE FACT THAT SIENN AT A HONDA DEALERSHIP IN CALGARY. WE DECIDED TO CHECK TOYOTA DEALERSHIP JUST ONCE BEFORE SEALING THE DEAL BECAUSE WE CAN'T IGNORE THE FACT THAT SIENNA IS THE ONLY ONE THAT COMES WITH AWD. WE STOPPED BY AT THE CHARLESGLEN SHORTLY AFTER AND WE MET JUAN. JUAN WAS THE PRODUCT ADVISOR WHO HAPPENED TO BE GREETING US IMMEDIATELY AND WENT OVER THE FULL AND DETAILED PRODUTCT ORIENTATION IN SUCH A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. It took us two approaches before we made our final purchase decision. One of the main reasons for us to come back to this dealership and to pick Toyota as out next vehicle was Jeanette and her very pr purchase decision. Today I received an email from the service manager congratulating me on my purchase of my new Sienna. This was nice but should have come in 2009 when I purchased my Sienna. When I first purchased the Van the dealer had "Get to know your Toyota night". They booked me in but had to cancel. They booked me again but it was not the one for my vehicle so they said they would book me again. They never called. The DVD/iPod accessory was nothing but a pain. I had to stop the vehicle every day to reset it so it would play DVD's. I finally thought I would watch movies on the video input that appeared to be in the console. I asked them about it on about the 4th visit to fix the DVD player and they said the didn't know what it was as it was aftermarket. I told them it came with the brand new van when they delivered it to me. They they told me it was disabled when the DVD/iPod was installed. That was not true either as it was part of the DVD/iPod accessory as it connects directly to it. I researched it and I was able to get the right cables to make video come out from my iPod video. The sound however squealed. I figured out how to use the video cable with the iPod connector to make the squeal. go away. Then the Van's battery would not last 1 week. They blamed the car starter that I purchased from them. I tried to go to the installer and they said nothing was wrong and the dealer was wrong. I went back to Charlesglen and they continued to say it was the starter. They claim they checked the battery and it was okay. I had to get a boost 3 times and it was never a good time. We missed family functions due to this. The service manager said to come by on a Saturday and they would do the battery test quickly. I came in and they wanted me to leave the vehicle but I had plans based on the manager saying they would do it quickly. They argued with me again that they tested before and it was fine, but I insisted and they did it. Turns out the battery has bad and I have not had a problem since. Now the iPod cable is not working and I wanted a new one. They first ordered the wrong one which was okay. They said the would get back to me. I waited 2 weeks then called and it was clear they forgot. The service manager tried to find one. It took a week and he said the have one and it will be shipped. I am still waiting to hear it has arrived and we can fix it. . I wanted this fixed prior to a family trip on March 29th. They could not do that so I was hoping to have it prior to the next trip on May 5th. Still nothing. I purchased a Toyota because of the record they have. However, in my last 5 GM products I have not had as many service trips to the dealer and bad experiences as this. The last two van's had DVD's that just worked. Thus I can't recommend this dealer as my experience has been terrible. The one thing I will give them credit for is when I had the DVD issues and it went in over and over, they did pick it up from my house and drop it off to make it easier on us. More

Our initial sales person was Gord but we also met with Kelly and Tyler in financing and DJ showed us all the features of our new vehicle.
