She was pleasant and informative and answered our questions with a personal touch. We were able to negotiate a fair price with a few extra options to the original offer. Kyle professionally and respectfully explained our financing and warranty options and scheduled the pick up. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful ensuring we were familiar with the entire vehicle (bumper to bumper). Kyle completed the paperwork, walked us over to the parts department to locate the rack key and stayed with us until the process was complete. A 1 hours service on the phone became a 2+ hours when I dropped the car because some miscommunication in their system. Then it took one hour for the shuttle to be available to drop me off. 15 minutes afte dropped the car because some miscommunication in their system. Then it took one hour for the shuttle to be available to drop me off. 15 minutes after the appointment time for the shuttle to pick me up I received a call that the shuttle would be another 15 min late, then I had my wife driving me to pick up the car as it was clear that I couldn't rely on the shuttle service. Then after receiving the car, I had one question. Was asked to drive back into the service bay. Result, a 1 minute question of value added took me 30 minutes of walking back and forth then waiting in line to get my car OUT of the service bay as the other cars were parked there waiting for service in single line. Reliability on the service was very low. I was very frustrated on how this messed up with my daily schedule. If only they had warned me that would be a 2-3 hours service as opposed to 1 hour service, I would work my plans around it. More

After I had lunch, I took a look around the sales floor. That is where I met Juan. We got to talking and I was taking a look at the 2014 Scion tC, He was very knowledgeable on all the in's and out's of the car. We talked a little more and discussed a test drive perhaps the following Monday. I left the dealership, called my husband to come up and we would take the test drive right away. I called Juan and he said he would be there waiting. We had spent quiet a bit of time with him, not knowing at the time his shift was over quite a while ago. Of course he said nothing. I was impressed at his customer service skills. I told him I wanted the car. The paper work was done with the help of Ryan and Juan, that night! I had one catch, I wanted my new car RIGHT AWAY. And I pushed the team to get it done for me. They both said, "We will do our very best to get it done." There was only ONE white standard in western Canada! They were going to get for me. AWESOME! And they did. I had FANTASTIC experience at Charlesglen Toyota! They did everything they said they would do and MORE. But of course there is more, I came to pick up my car and your delivery coordinator Jim was delightful, funny and went through my new car with me and answered all my questions.
