Since I hadn't purchased from Charlesglen before, I wanted a private inspection of the vehicle, and Charlesglen agreed to drive the vehicle down and pick it up from the inspection, which was helpful. I was very pleased that the independent inspection confirmed what Charlesglen had told me about the car-- that it was indeed in great shape! Last, when I came to pick up the car, the bumper was slightly out of place (it looked like one of the clips had popped off), which wasn't something I remembered from the test drive. The used sales manager Kurt agreed to fix it, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Last, in comparing this dealership with other Toyota dealerships, I noticed that advertised prices for comparable used cars were lower here than other dealerships. I don't know how much other dealerships negotiate down, but starting price was lower here. More
