Disappointed My family needed a bigger vehicle, they were great with the trade and purchase of our 2010 caravan. Then the problems started. The brakes started to a My family needed a bigger vehicle, they were great with the trade and purchase of our 2010 caravan. Then the problems started. The brakes started to act up and after a few hours of sitting and waiting the problem was fixed or was it? No they replaced the calliper with a faulty one, that leaked. They did fix that problem after I found it. Then my rear brakes still make noise at this point I'm at 15,000 Kms since purchase. They can't hear noise just me. I take it to my mechanic for its 4th oil change and after inspection there is a bare spot on the rotor from it sitting on the lot for nearly 2 months. And now it's my problem because technically it's not a safety issue. After a heated argument I left the dealership and will never never ever return, I will not recommend this dealership not even to my worst enemy.poor standards. More
