Good but not spectacular. Rep and manager was friendly and gave you the sense of being dealt with honestly. My vehicle was not ready on time even though I gave them a full week ( said the person was sick... someone else should have handle), the the very last little thing to leave a bitter taste was that I specifically ask more than once to have the manual. Rep said they take it out due to theft and will be included. When delivered, it was a download burnt on to a staples CD. More
