I went into the service department without an appointment and asked if they could replace an indicator bulb in my left head lamp. They said yes and it would take about 1/2 hr. First, I love Subaru brand since late 1990-s when I had my first Subaru company car back in snowy Russia. I purchased several Subarus since then in Canada. Second, I bought a 2025 Forester for my wife in Centaur earlier this week. Long story short, provided service (buying of the new car for cash and trading in of her old one (also Subaru)) was amazing. In particular, I would point out three people that did absolutely great job. First, Blake (a very top young sale representative) who was very attentive and helpful. Second, Alex (a very top (also quite young) sales manager) who addressed all our questions and concerns in an unsurpassed way and came up with valuable solutions. Finally, John (a very top (also somewhat young) financial manager) who provided required additional services.
