After discussing these repairs with Bill, only the repairs that were deemed urgent were completed. I was not pressured into completing the other recommended, but less urgent repairs. Satisfied There was no line up checking in for both of our cars service and recall appointment; Bill is courteous and efficient even though it was a crazy busy There was no line up checking in for both of our cars service and recall appointment; Bill is courteous and efficient even though it was a crazy busy day by the number of cars parked in the lot. (I have to say that the lack of parking spots and small spots caused some anxiety both upon arrival and departure.) Bill offered the suggestions for service but was not pushy about any of the maintenance recommended. I am hoping the work I got done was necessary and done expertly. Time will tell. Marcello was polite and pleasant and we appreciate the rides to and fro. More
