Bob Louie was extremely helpful in coordinating the repairs to my Honda Ridgeline. My truck had been in the shop once before for a noise while braking and since it had reoccurred he replaced the brakes repairs to my Honda Ridgeline. battery change Hi My battery was not holding charge couldn t start car. Called Honda Plus for boost advised poss 90 min. wait okay was at home. In 5 min Drake Towing called guy here in 10 mins boosted. Drove to Carter Honda service was 2 PM Fri. Talked with Winston started bill went to check car out. On return Brad said can t do it today have to come back Sat. Still talked with Winston took keys and left car. At 4 PM Winston called battery changed done. Thanks Winston You made My day.
