Service at carter has been great. We were scheduled to go camping and had to leave the car in the shop but by piece medaling our cars together we were able to keep our vacation on track. Was not impressed by their service to my car this time. Eventhough I reported my car was burning oil more than usual and that I have to do top ups, they didn't check spark plugs or anything else.
