I held onto a sales woman's card for three years and then I went in and well they even remembered me. I dealt with Billy on finance (there is no one better to get you a loan at the lowest interest rate). I got into a high interest loan at another dealership and I paid for a whole year with only 200 dollars coming off the principal..I was sinking fast. They took that car in on trade and put me in a new truck for only 60 dollars a month more. IT WAS FANTASTIC! I went from 20 percent interest to 5 and with a major financial institute too. Service department and mechanic totally untrustworthy I've been into this dealer 3 times now to get my headlights adjusted. Every time they have severely misaligned them. Too high, too low, crooked, cross I've been into this dealer 3 times now to get my headlights adjusted. Every time they have severely misaligned them. Too high, too low, crooked, cross eyed etc... I would fix this myself but unfortunalty the side to side adjustment is dealer only, the service guy looks at me like this is my problem. Service manager won't reply, Elton is a xxxxxx, even the dealership Gm has failed to reply. FCA (Fiat Canada) has been trying to get them to fix this niece and for all and nada. Totally useless bunch of people More

Oil Consumption- Diagnostics Good front desk crew but terrible diagnostics: I got my Jeep Cherokee from Carter in 2014. In 2016 it was loosing oil (about a Litter per 1000KL). Af Good front desk crew but terrible diagnostics: I got my Jeep Cherokee from Carter in 2014. In 2016 it was loosing oil (about a Litter per 1000KL). After 5 times visit and keeping log, their conclusion was that something is wrong with the engine and it should be changed. After about a month I picked up my jeep with brand new engine and drove for couple of day until it stalled on the highway. I towed it back to Service and they said the battery should be replace. Next day it stalled again. This time they said it was a loos wire. (There was nothing wrong with the Battery) Two week later I got " Change Oil Soon" massage an am wondering if they change the engine for wrong reason. This is extremely inconvenient, it put me in unsafe condition and it cost me tremendous amount of time. I hope my next visit is my last and I hope someone to take responsibility and correct this unsafe and unprofessional practice. More
Service from xxxx with worst attitude We have a commercial truck. Needed a transmission and spent over $10000.00 on it. Less than a week had problem. So went to them for warranty repair. K We have a commercial truck. Needed a transmission and spent over $10000.00 on it. Less than a week had problem. So went to them for warranty repair. Kept the truck for 2 weeks. Lost revenue. Less than a 8 month later start having issues and truck went down with transmission issues. After getting run around for over a week finally they took the truck in to do warranty repairs. Kept the truck almost a month to repair but I guess the warranty doesn't pay enough so they manage to found a way to creat a side bill for over $2000 on top of the warranty work. Asked them for time to pay the bill but they went ahead and put a lean on the truck added another $600 to the costs. Now it's your choice to use them or not. More

indifferent and unorganized went here to buy a cherokee.called in 1 week in advance and booked an appointment.when we reached there the cars were not ready.the sales person(walte went here to buy a cherokee.called in 1 week in advance and booked an appointment.when we reached there the cars were not ready.the sales person(walter) took a lot of time to arrange for the cars.we felt that he was essentially indifferent to our needs, or may be he wrongly presumed that we are window shopping.he didnt have to say much to us.not the first time iam buying a car. we wanted to know about lease options.we were expecting something on paper with everything written in black and white exlpaining how much the lease will be and how the lease will be calculated.but all we got to hear was a verbal amount(which he presumed will be too much for us). iam not going there again .
