Inconsiderate,liars, and rude we worked out the details and finalized a deal on a vehicle by phone since i live over 5 hrs travel time away. I callled in spoke to Tom and Dimitri the morning of and told them i was on route, I get half way and then receive a call from them wanting re-negotiate our deal asking for more money thinking because i was half way they had me committed. I needed to pull over on the side of the highway while they put me on hold and never came back on when i told them i wasn't gonna pay extra for a deal we had agreed upon... In other words i wouldn't recommend or purchase anything from this dealership or people, wasted my day,time and money More

I sat with my daughter and son in law through the process and at no time did anyone mention a cost to arrange their loan. That cost was written in after we left the dealership and the sales agreement was already signed. After picking up the car my daughter called me and asked me if I remembered a 696.00 charge. I didn't. This dealer took advantage of my family my daughter, son in law and a one year old baby. What ever happened to full disclosure. We're calling OMVIC. More

Took no ownership of issues Horrible experience at Carline Nobleton. Everything was friendly and fine until we realized we had been sold a lemon. The vehicle had big problems t Horrible experience at Carline Nobleton. Everything was friendly and fine until we realized we had been sold a lemon. The vehicle had big problems that showed up within three months and about 3,000 kms of usage. Either Carline Nobleton knew about the issues and hid them or they were incompetent; either way, bad news. Never once did Carline, ever accept any ownership of the problems. A company’s morals are demonstrated when there is an issue; this company came up significantly lacking. Every option they presented to us either handed off the problem to someone else or had us giving them even more money. After wasting weeks of our time, we ended up selling it back to them at a loss of about $5,700. Though we obviously didn’t know, every other professional out there seemed to know of the problems with Mazda’s CX7 turbos and were offering even less. It’s a family run business and so there is nobody to escalate to. We drove by within a week of selling the car back to them and it was back on their lot for sale for a couple grand less than what we originally paid; did they fix it and will they be transparent with the next purchaser? Buyer beware! More
