A great experience A very professional, honest and reliable dealership. The staff is very kind and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. As with any used car, you're always a little nervous when purchasing - the car I got had a few claims on it, but Carline assured me there would be no issue, that they fully inspect/repair all their vehicles and that I have 1000km warranty to get it checked by my own mechanic. I took my car straight to BMW and they gave me nothing but good green check marks across the board. Carline stands behind their products with confidence and that's very important. I will definitely be back here for my next purchase. More

Uncleaned Car, Missing Equipment and too many fees/charges Spent 10 hours detailing the car I bought. If you want a clean car, don't buy a car here. I pick my car up on Saturday, car is very dirty and was Spent 10 hours detailing the car I bought. If you want a clean car, don't buy a car here. I pick my car up on Saturday, car is very dirty and was told to come back on Saturday to get it cleaned because 1 of their guy is on vacation. Came back on next Saturday this time the Manager Dimitri, said their detailer is sick. And told to try on next Thursday. Like I would really be coming back again. I lived 70kms away from their dealer and spend 2 hours of my time and $25 on gas just to get to their location and my car is still dirty. Furthermore, my car doesn't have a wrench for spare tire and was told to buy or get my own on the scrap yard. Also, 2 TPMS is broken and told it wasn't included in safety and if I want to get it replace I would have to pay $140.00 for new part. Also, Dimitri said he would give me a code for my radio Honda during my first visit because I couldn't access it but on the time of pick up he doesn't have the code. Now that I am the new owner. I would have to get it myself. For $499 service fee which includes service, cleaning, oil change and safety. It is a well overpriced and scam. Only reason I am giving 2 stars and should have been 1 star is because they gave me 6 months warranty for the engine and power-train. I thought buying a car to them be is worth because they will be doing what they promised. But oh boy I was wrong. I won't be buying any cars from this dealer anymore and will be telling my community to avoid this place at all cost. Unless you want to do your own detailing, spend more time and money for things the car you just bought. I do regret buying a car from them. Shouldn't haven't given them my business. FYI, if you want to finance with them they have $700 charge for financing fee, which I was able to negotiate and only get charge for $350.00. Also, if they say everyone charges financing, its not true, you don't get charge from bank or other dealers for $700 financing fee. More

The guys were very good too, much better than any used cars dealer I ever met. I bought a really good Honda Pilot 2007 for very reasonable price. For some moderate additional price safety inspection and all fluids change were promised, as well as 1 month warranty for safety issues from their mechanic. However (in short version): - next day after car pick-up I discovered brakes problem (which is safety issue imho). I took a very long trip so immediately sent an email which hadn't been answered. When I returned and called Carline it occured that warranty is limited to 1000 km, what I wasn't told, so it was my problem now - it occured that only oil change had been done instead of "all fluids". I contacted guys again, explained all that and they promised to do some investigation and answer me - but it was never done. So it could be 5 stars, but these 'little things' make it 3,5. As far as I can't rate it as 3,5 - it is 3. So pity. More
