Very Disappointing Experience I went in looking for a specific car. While showing me the car, the salesman kept putting me on the spot asking me questions about my budget and about I went in looking for a specific car. While showing me the car, the salesman kept putting me on the spot asking me questions about my budget and about whether or not I am really interested in buying the car. Clearly I was, that's why I went in, but brownie points lost for being indiscreet. From the get-go, the salesman flat out said that the price was not negotiable. Many brownie points lost here. Which car dealership doesn't negotiate? The biggest fail of the experience: the salesman did not let me test drive the car...because it was "out of my price range", after initially offering me a test drive. Then, the salesman proceeded to take me inside the dealership, to give me a tour of the establishment. Nice, but unnecessary, and honestly a waste of my time, because I won't buy a car that I can't test drive. I didn't go there to get to know the place, I wanted a car, a specific car. After the tour, the salesman proceeded to tell me about other options of cars in the same price range, and then brought in his manager, who did the same. They kept trying to sell me things that I didn't want. I don't understand why, when I already mentioned several times what I was looking for. One interesting thing that the manager mentioned, was how flexible they are on negotiating their prices. Great! Not all employees are trained to say the same thing! Maybe their service (all in-house) is great, but to get there you need to buy something. Friendly people, but sad, sad salesmanship. Bottom line: I wanted to buy the car, even if it was above my initial budget. Too bad they "kindly" chased me away by not letting me test drive my specific car, and by trying to sell me everything else instead. More

They were so helpful and got me the lowest interest rate they could which was unbelievable. My first eexperience was so amazing and comfortable i jus bought another truck from there with an even lower interest rate. Amazing. If anyone is looking to go buy a used ride i strongly recommend you to go to caron on cyrville rd and ask for Mario. He'll set you up real nice More

We came here in December for a BMW, unfortunately the bmw wasn't in my budget range for what I wanted to pay per month so they showed me multiple options. One of them being the csx. Sean was very patient and allowed me to explore my options. I always wanted a 5spda so I went with the acura csx and I am very happy with the choice I made. Maybe in a year or two I can get a bmw and it will definitely be from car on auto sales. More

My finance man named Richard Brault was honest and more than helpful and I still can not believe the great warranty I received...200.000 kms and no time limit... wow/So far all and all I have enjoyed my purchase so far and would go back to this dealer again. Excellent customer service! It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere f It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere for financing though I have an excellent credit score. Wade and Markus sat down with me to discuss options and were friendly and patient throughout all my questions. The customer service was perfect and when I had problems with the car, it was easy to go in and I didn't wait more than 20 minutes for them to fix the issue. I was more than happy, knowing how long other places can make you wait. Wade was energetic and enthusiastic in getting me to try my car and the test drive was very pleasant. Markus contacted me every step of the way to let me know how things were developing and I never had to run after him for answers, he was always ready and happy to help. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and friendly smiles! More
