Mario was very understanding when we explained the type of car we were looking for he took time to take us around the lot to show us different cars and when we asked about certain vehicles he was honest and told us he would not sell us certain cars I was impressed as usually car salesman only worry about making a sale Mario ended up putting us in a 2012 Toyota Matrix with 57000 km it still had the new car smell and was under $13000 my Wife and I couldn't believe the price this dealership has very clean cars with low mileage and affordable prices The whole staff at Car-on From Mario in Sales to Simon in financing and Alex in Service and all the people we don't see from prepping for delivery and the mechanics that perform the PDI's on the cars deserves tremendous Applause they made my Wife's and my experience once again an enjoyable purchase this is our second purchase from Car-on and Mario and will not be our last Never have I ever walked into a dealer to purchase a car and have been able to pick it up the following day Simone is a miracle worker he made the financing go very smooth and was very informative on all the options that were available to us. Then comes Alex in service we went to see him about having window tint done he didn't hesitate picked up the phone called his installer and we were booked in and the job was awesome and affordable the service department makes you feel like family I have great trust in them with all my vehicles and that's a hard thing as you don't find to many honest mechanics anymore. To put this in words all we can say is WOW Factor came into play again thanks to all the staff at Car-on for a most enjoyable adventure and we are actually looking forward to our next service appointment as they always make you feel like Family thankyou Mario it has been a pleasure. He was able to explain how everything worked, even when asked for comparisons. Wade is a joy to work with, and will check up and make sure everything is going well with your car. Simon made the financial side of the transaction so easy and quick. He will make sure you understand everything and all your options. It was very nice to not feel pressured at any point. We spent many hours, on a very cold day in the lot, looking at and test driving various cars. Through it all, Mario was very friendly, patient and accommodating with us. He was very knowledgable and straight forward about the cars, and never pressured us at all. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience (except for the cold!). We were very impressed with the variety and quality of the cars in the lot. I kept forgetting I was sitting in used cars, as they were all in such great condition and so clean. When we came back the next day to purchase our car, we wanted to make one more test drive of our car along with another. I wasn't feeling very well, and Mario was very thoughtful and brought the car right to the door so I wouldn't have to walk far. We also had a very good experience with Simon in finance who also did not pressure us, and was very straightforward and friendly. The crew that prepped the car for our pick up did an excellent job with some detailing and minor repairs to the car. We have had our car for just over a month now, and are still extremely happy with our purchase. We will highly recommend Car-On Auto for our friends and family looking to buy a used car! Mario is the type of guy that works for the customer and makes his transactions seamless. His warm, friendly, laid back personality will assure that you are in good hands. Upon taking a vehicle for a test drive, he assists you in picking out things and showing you features. He doesn't press, pressure or make you feel uncomfortable but he welcomes you through an easy process of finding the right vehicle for you. Once we inked the deal he introduced me to Richard, or as I call him "the suit". Richard made the paperwork process easy, seamless, and assisted me in making minor decisions regarding warranties, etc. Again no pressure from the staff, with reliable, knowledgeable and realistic answers. Richard made the interaction friendly and pleasurable. I am very happy that Mario and Richard were the gentleman that assisted me in buying a car, it made my process pleasurable and simple.
