I spoke with Mya on the phone about the problem and she had me bring the vehicle to them the very next day. It was fixed within a couple of hours at no charge to me. The staff there were very polite and courteous and were truly concerned about helping make the vehicle right. More
What a pleasant surprise! This is not your average used car dealership folks! First off, I love their "No Haggle, One Price Integrity!" policy which is why their listed price on autotrader was one of the lowest. What you see is what you get, no need to spend 3 hours bargaining back and forth. I also like how they treat you the same. I went in for a FIAT, didn't expect a lot of customer service due to the price of the vehicle, but to my surprise Sky (The Sales manager) and Corrine provided service that was on par if not better than most "Luxury" brand dealerships (Audi, Porsche, Acura...). Everything was professional, no hidden fees. Corrine was very friendly and Sky went out of his way to make sure everything was right with my car. Thank you Car Nation Direct! Looking forward to our next purchase. More

After the purchase I have been given the run around and TERRIBLE service from Sky Spiers. how does this guy have a managers job in customer service. Doesn't return calls, rude, aggressive argumentative. Im still waiting to hear back about the location of my second key...its been 3 months so far and still waiting. The vehicle is gorgeous and ran great for the first week. The the brakes start squealing and a strange noice from the front tires when rolling slowly. Sky had me in to the service centre for a look. The "conditioned" my brakes and said they didn't hear the noise from the front wheels. The brakes are now so loud that ppl look over. I have had my personal mech look at the vehicle and said it appears it was sold to me requiring a brake job and with a wheel barring issue. No action has been taken by the dealership. Sky take weeks to return phone calls and has no clue how to provide proper customer service. Thank God I bought the warranty. I have used it twice for electrical issues with the SUV. This place sells lemons and will NOT stand by their vehicles.. STAY AWAY. Go to Autopark or JP Motors. More

You took the time and had the patience for us to drive many vehicles. You are not the typical sales rep, no "How do you like me so far", no "Hey look at those tires". While the typical "let me go talk to my manager" is a little old, we were happy with the trade-in value. Really wish this could have been avoided - however completely out of your control. Have already mentioned CarNation and you (specifically) to friends and family. Would definitely come back if your still there. BTW - Sarah also deserves a two thumbs up!! Your best friend until you sign the papers I bought a car from them at the end of January and everything seemed to go smoothly. One issue I had was that the car I was looking at had 1 of the 2 I bought a car from them at the end of January and everything seemed to go smoothly. One issue I had was that the car I was looking at had 1 of the 2 keys at a different dealership. I was assured that I would be FedEx'd the second set of keys in the mail after they retrieve the second set. My salesman was Tyler Lavigne and after the sale, I emailed him about the keys. There was very little response until a little later there was no response at all. I contacted Sky Spiers instead and was told that Tyler was no longer with the company. Fine. Employees come and go. Understandable (although my issue should have been passed to someone else's hands). Sky assures me he would look into the matter for me. Weeks go by and several emails later, there's no response. I send more emails and finally get a response telling me that he's still working on it. Another few weeks go by and till this point (end of April), I have no further response. Every time I call, he's busy with a customer. Fine, perfectly understandable. That's why I emailed. If you decide to buy from this dealership, make sure you get everything you're promised before signing the papers. Also make sure everything you're promised is written on the agreement. The car itself has not had problems, but I no longer have confidence in them should I need them for anything. More

We had been to a few other dealers and the sales reps were like hawks and felt they really did not listen to what we were looking for in price. To anyone that's looking for a vehicle check them out. Great Experience and nice VW Touareg TDI Execuline. I knew what I wanted when my wife and I went to the dealership. We were immediately greeted by Sunil and our great experience started. Sunil was knowledgeable and courteous but not pushy or aggressive like some sales reps can be. He knew the vehicle we wanted and arranged for a test drive. I told him I was comparing the ride with a Mercedes Glk class and said I would get back to him. My wife and I test drove the Glk and we both agreed to go back to Car Nstion Direct and purchase the Volkswagen Touareg TDI Execuline. We picked it up 2 days later and it looked like a brand new car. The detailing was excellent. Sandra in finance completed our exellent experience and we drove away happy customers. More

Nightmare I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! From the moment we walked in the door it was nothing but a bad experience and that should have been I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! From the moment we walked in the door it was nothing but a bad experience and that should have been a red flag. Vehicle history was not properly disclosed (not at all really), which was the first hurdle we crossed. We decided to let that go and continue with the purchase of the vehicle. Then began all the paperwork and phone call headache. No one in this dealership knows how to return an email, or how to pick up a phone and return a phone call. Our paperwork was wrong several times over, constantly delaying the deal. When we went to pick up the vehicle our paperwork was wrong once again and we left with no ownership or other information. It took hounding them for 3 days to finally figure out when to come and get the correct information. But at this point the issues with the vehicle had already begun. For the 2 months we owned this vehicle it spent over 4 weeks in the shop while we drove a rental. No one was able to figure out the issues, and during this whole process the only person who could return a phone call was the Service Manager Amar (who was incredibly helpful) It got to the point electrical issues were blamed and enough was enough. We wanted no part of this vehicle or the whole nightmare we were in. The dealerships answers was fine, we will take it back, you return the rental, end of story. No attempt to find another vehicle, no willingness to help or apologize, or attempt to make us feel better in any way. It was rude, and sleazy and underhanded, no dealership should ever be allowed to operate this way. You cant get a GM on the phone, you can barely get a sales manager on the phone, and even you do they are less than helpful and just talk in circles trying to get out of the situation. In the end we moved on to a different dealer and different vehicle. If you are considering purchasing from Car Nation Direct Burlington, be wary and do your homework. No customer service, no willingness to help. A nightmare for 2 months that ended with us feeling so abused and taken advantage of. Sad really. More
