Trade in '07 Chrysler 300 for a '12 Dodge Charger. I met with Derek (Finance) at the outset, as all the sales people were occupied. On a cold day he left his office and took me to the vehicle on the lot and went through the history and the options. Within a few minute Christine Sandford was introduced and took over. She was very polite, professional, sincere and accommodating. I received a trade in and overall much better deal than what I had anticipated, given my shopping at 3 other dealerships in this timeframe. When I stated the car was dirty from sitting on the lot and I could not see the paint, Christine said "no problem" and drove it inside the garage and washed it herself - before me. Given my 'car nut' nature, she introduced me to the detailing principal who was a consummate professional. He asked what I would like his team to do with the car to prepare it. I had an extensive list of detail requirements; he also said no problem and when I picked up the vehicle 3 days later it was immaculate. An extremely good experience, no haggling and down to earth salespeople who just want to make you happy. I have already recommended them several times. More

Found these guys on auto-trader, was unsure initially because I didn't want to have to go all the way to Burlington from Hamilton just for a test drive, but they actually went out of their way to pick me up and dropped me off afterwards. The cars were amazing, the prices were extremely reasonable and the people, fantastic. I was blown away, really. My Saving Grace I had the unfortunate event of having my car get written off, and I only had a couple days to get a new one. With a 40km drive to work and back a car I had the unfortunate event of having my car get written off, and I only had a couple days to get a new one. With a 40km drive to work and back a car is essential. I met with Emilio and he was ruthless at getting me a car quickly and for a good price. I looked around at other dealerships, but I came right back and realized I was crazy for looking any where else. He is in one word AMAZING and I will never go anywhere else to get another car.
