Thank you for an easy and positive experience! I had been shopping for a new used car for a couple of weeks before coming to Car Nation. In a few visits to other dealerships, my boyfriend and I wit I had been shopping for a new used car for a couple of weeks before coming to Car Nation. In a few visits to other dealerships, my boyfriend and I witnessed most of the things that make people very weary and skeptical of car dealers in general. I even got up and walked away from one almost-deal, simply because I didn't trust the all too obvious tactics of the salesperson. We walked into Car Nation with no appointment on Sunday (yes they are open on Sundays!) and without even calling first to see if the car we saw online was still available. We were introduced to Brad right away, and we quickly felt this trip to a car dealer was totally different than all the ones we'd gone through before. The whole place felt open and comfortable in general. Brad was friendly and real with us, knowledgable about the car, transparent about all info on it right away, no pressure at all, and we were off for a test drive shortly after. Then comes the usually painful part- the numbers game. Some of the things I'd seen people try to pull in our previous visits to other places were ridiculous and shady, before they realize you know what you're talking about and then they back track. Well nice surprise again- Brad (and his manager) did none of that! After a very short and reasonable back and forth, we had numbers in front of us that we were happy with, and that was that. Nothing hidden or questionable. My boyfriend and I looked at each other and we both knew we had (finally) come to the right place to get my car. On pick up day, Brad was able to swing having my car ready hours ahead of our scheduled time, had a second (and properly programmed) key ready to go, as we said in our deal, and even delivered on a full tank of gas. (I've been promised a full tank of gas with every car I've ever purchased, and this was the FIRST time someone came through on that). Sandra in finance was also very friendly, efficient and transparent on pick up day. She handled all the paperwork and made me feel very informed and comfortable with each item we went through. My vehicle wasn't financed, so I can't comment on an experience with that aspect, but all the other bases Sandra had to cover were done seamlessly. More than anything else, I'm just really appreciative of how this all went from start to finish. It was genuinely a pleasure and so easy, and that's exactly what good business should be. Big thanks to Brad, Sandra and Car Nation for making people who walked in very jaded and skeptical, walk out as people who would definitely recommend you and come back in the future. More
