Now usually they say not to take any addition protection plans, but its a good thing i did !!! . if i had not, i would of still been paying out the remaining of my original car loan with nothing to drive . the additional protection plan that was recommended by the sales team of car nation Burlington helped greatly in the time of crisis . The Product advisor Patrick was very helpful and helped in identifying various car as per our needs. He was patient and was very frank in giving advise on the selection of the car. They were very strict but polite on the no-haggle policy and only gave us the revised price based on the market rate. Only problem with them was the very long wait on the car pickup day, especially waiting for the availability of their finance manager. Even then, the forms were incomplete and had to communicate with them through email for 2 weeks to get it sorted. But as far as the vehicle goes, excellent dealership to look for. More

From the moment I decided to test drive there was never any pressure. Time was taken for everyday chit chat rather than diving in and securing a deal. Evan was friendly and open, and it never felt like I was being scammed. Even with negotiating a trade in Evan never showed any frustration with my perseverance! Then just like that, we had made a deal and I was picking up a car at the end of the week! At this point I was unsure how we were going to finance but spoke to Sandra anyway, she was also friendly and honest. Pick up day, we turned in and saw that a lot of cars were due to be picked up and thought that we were in for a bit of a wait, it wasn't too long and were offered the sitting area and to help ourselves to the coffee. I was shown around the car one more time and told about the basics of the functions of the car, Evan also synced up my phone to the car. Overall, in my opinion, Car Nation offered me a hassle free and friendly reception and continued with that service to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car. More
