Mark is also great with kids and helped me out by being able to keep an eye on my son while I filled out the paper work which helped take away some stress in the whole process as a single mother! Unexpected purchase It was an unexpected purchase because we were only there to have our regular oil change but Mark approached us and was very friendly. I was expecting that the vehicle we wanted to look at was sold because of the unbelievable price and if it was still there find out why and do some research with a test drive. Mark Elliot approached us at the dealership and brought out the vehicle and the car fax, Mark was very friendly and was not pressuring us into anything, test drive was a relaxing experience. When we returned we met Shaun Booth who talked to us about the minivan. Understood that we were a growing family then offered me a better price and an option to drive the vehicle to my place to test the fit in the garage and to show it to the parents and in-laws for approval. I was impressed and we took the vehicle for an extended test drive thanks to Shawn's offer. The minivan was perfect. Last person we met was Ed Agapito, another friendly staff member who took the time to go over everything and never once pressured me into a purchase. The best experience I had buying a car. All three of them went above and beyond and Mark took extra time to stay late to help. More
