During the test drive Asim politely explained the many features of the vehicle with a special emphasis on the safety features developed by ford. At the conclusion of the test drive Asim introduced me to Jeremy Gaetz. Jeremy worked with me for several days on closing a deal. During this time Jeremy worked extremely hard and was attentive and responsive to my comments, questions and concerns. I felt like Jeremy genuinely wanted to earn my business and respect and at no time did I feel pressured. When we finally agreed on the price I was introduced to Eduel Agapito. I must say Eduel was a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and all verbal commitments were followed up in writing and delivered as promised (see you in Mexico one day for the cliff dive). New Ford Edge My vehicle just got written off a couple of weeks ago and I was looking for a newer Ford Egde. I looked at all my options in Winnipeg and there wasn't one with all of the features I wanted. I called Capital Ford inquiring about a specific model and they didn't have it in stock. Asim Manasiya asked me the features I was interested in and he found one in Regina. When I went down to discuss this with them, Jeremy said he could have someone bring the vehicle back to Winnipeg for me by the end of the week. Having my vehicle written off was a very stressful situation so finally finding the right vehicle made things easier. I love the Edge and I'm really happy with the model I got. I appreciate the help from the guys a lot! More

A new truck and a second chance! I'll start off by saying that I have bad credit due to stupid decisions made when I was younger. This has affected my ability to purchase a newer vehi I'll start off by saying that I have bad credit due to stupid decisions made when I was younger. This has affected my ability to purchase a newer vehicle. I had a 2006 Ford Ranger that I got from Landau Ford back in 2007. Luckily it was still in great condition so I was able to use it as a trade-in. But even with a trade-in, two other dealers came back to me with ridiculous finance terms...almost to the point where I would be paying half the cost of the vehicle up front and ridiculous interest rates. I know this is my fault for my bad credit and I can't blame anyone but myself. I decided, just for fun, to see if Capital Ford could do something for me. To my surprise they were willing to work with me on getting a vehicle that I would like and help rebuild my credit. They gave me a second chance...something no one has done in the last 8 years. For that, I am very grateful to all the great folks I dealt with at Capital Ford. I am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a 2010 Ford Escape Limited. I know it's not new, but it's newer than my old truck (and will be cheaper on gas!). I can't say enough about the folks at Capital Ford. But I can say thanks. My husband had to go back after a week to get the spare put under. He was so surprised they all remembered not only his name but mine and I was not even with him, not just are sales man but all the others that we spoke to the day we got are truck..I would recommend any one to go there and see them first!!
