Not good. The only good experience was the salesman sahil chodha. When we made the deal we agreed on the price also they would fill the gas tank and fix the bra The only good experience was the salesman sahil chodha. When we made the deal we agreed on the price also they would fill the gas tank and fix the brakes when I took the car in Monday morning. I left with a Half empty gas tank, and when I took the car in for the brakes to be fixed they didn't work on the car. They just drove it around for 20 minutes and said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. And to add insult to injury they used more gas. And the brakes were having problems AS I PULLED OFF THE LOT!. I didn't take the car back because they're obviously incompetent and I'll take it somewhere they know what they're doing and actually work. Once they got my signature they did nothing to hold up their end of the deal. Will not go back will not reccomend to anyone. More

Friendly Staff with no pressure I tried a couple of other dealers and they didn't seem to have the time to find my "ideal" Escape. Courtney Fenn found everything in my "dream" package but in another province and was willing to drive it back. I am old school and thought the bigger displacement the more powerful engine. I was explained how the eco boost engine worked and test drove it on the hiway and found that it was exactly what I wanted in passing power. Courtney then found my Escape at her dealership. I was sceptical of the new techie stuff but she assured me she would teach me everything I needed to know before I left. Other dealers would have just given me the manuals and said "enjoy your new ride". I asked around and found that the Capital Ford Service dept. was second to none. I have and will recommend Courtney and Capitol Ford to my acquaintances and people who have asked me about my "blue angel" More

No pressure sales tactics, gave me his background, information about the dealership and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for and helped me through the process of selection. Shaun - who I understood to be Tim's manager worked with me to come up a good price on my trade and a good price on my initial selection. Met with Cathy for financing who again was very understanding of my comfort level with pricing and debt level. I ended up leaving initially to take 24hrs 'to sleep on it' and made a decision the next morning that I was not comfortable with what I was originally committing to. None of the 3 associates involved were upset when I had changed my mind on my initial selection and were more than happy to accommodate starting again and finding me a vehicle that meet all my wants and needs, along with being within my comfort level with the price and financing terms. Worked with Tim and Shaun to come up with a suitable compromise that still addressed all of my needs and most of my wants and at a price I was more comfortable with that was more fitting to the budget I had in mind. And every conversation with each of them, it was not all business, they were all truly very genuine and we not only talked about a vehicle purchase but also about personal interests, our pets (as we found out we all had various breeds of dogs) about recreational activities, essentially everything from soup to nuts....it was like dealing with people you had known as your friends. Would highly recommend all of them as being outstanding people to deal with when purchasing a new vehicle and I am now the proud new owner of a brand new F-150 Lariat. The kind of person you want to buy a vehicle from. She got us in to meet the gentleman who was running their sale and while my husband and I were busy she got our kids donuts and kept them busy. We test drove the 2012 escape but unfortunately it was fwd and we just weren't comfortable driving with it. Courtney and her manager Shaun looked for other options for us but couldn't find any so we did not get to purchase, however the staff is amazing and deserves praise where it can be given.
