I decided to venture in although I was somewhat skeptical due to experiencing unpleasant surprises, hidden costs and manipulative tactics from other dealerships in the past. Courtney listened and brought in the resources to help alleviate all of my concerns. Without exerting any pressure they presented excellent options that matched my needs and preferences. I left with all of my questions answered, and as the proud new owner of a Ford Escape Titanium- my dream car! The team at Capital Ford is professional, knowledgeable and completely customer oriented. When we made the deal we agreed on the price also they would fill the gas tank and fix the brakes when I took the car in Monday morning. I left with a Half empty gas tank, and when I took the car in for the brakes to be fixed they didn't work on the car. They just drove it around for 20 minutes and said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. And to add insult to injury they used more gas. And the brakes were having problems AS I PULLED OFF THE LOT!. I didn't take the car back because they're obviously incompetent and I'll take it somewhere they know what they're doing and actually work. Once they got my signature they did nothing to hold up their end of the deal. Will not go back will not reccomend to anyone. More

Friendly Staff with no pressure I tried a couple of other dealers and they didn't seem to have the time to find my "ideal" Escape. Courtney Fenn found everything in my "dream" package but in another province and was willing to drive it back. I am old school and thought the bigger displacement the more powerful engine. I was explained how the eco boost engine worked and test drove it on the hiway and found that it was exactly what I wanted in passing power. Courtney then found my Escape at her dealership. I was sceptical of the new techie stuff but she assured me she would teach me everything I needed to know before I left. Other dealers would have just given me the manuals and said "enjoy your new ride". I asked around and found that the Capital Ford Service dept. was second to none. I have and will recommend Courtney and Capitol Ford to my acquaintances and people who have asked me about my "blue angel" More
