We decided to visit the dealership and were impressed by the Capital team from the moment we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and seemed very sincere. Mark Elliott showed us the car and was thoroughly familiar with its features. After deciding to buy it, we negotiated the price with Mark and Dalbir. They were both relaxed and easy to deal with. When we came to pick up the car, it had been freshly detailed and fueled. We even got a follow up call 3 days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The whole experience was such a pleasure for us. The team at Capital Ford are top drawer and we recommend them without reservation. More

Still No Gift Card Visited Capital Ford's website and signed up for the promotional Amazon gift card. Booked appointment, went for test drive. Wanted to test drive 2015 Ford Edge V6, had none available to test drive. Test drove the Edge v4 instead. After test drive, was promised that gift card would arrive in 10 days. That was over a month ago! Emailed and phone both Capital employees. Was told they didn't know why. As a potential customer, I do not like broken promises and answers that are "I don't know", especially from a dealership. Have shared this experience with family and friends. EDITED: After posting this review on dealerrater.ca, Mr Michael Park contacted me and promptly provided me with assistance without any run around like the previous Capital employees. More
