Staff have come and gone and the models have gotten better and better. After my husband passed away in 2012, I received excellent advice and appreciated the care that was given in getting my scheduled maintenance done. Now I've had to purchase a vehicle on my own and all of my questions were adequately answered. I have a lot of gratitude for the people who have helped us so much. More

Couldnt be happier I was interested in purchasing a new truck with a trade in of my 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Since I had dealt with River City Ford for my previous I was interested in purchasing a new truck with a trade in of my 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Since I had dealt with River City Ford for my previous 2 vehicles, I thought I should continue with them. I figured costumer loyalty might go along way. Boy was I mistaken. When I went to River City, I felt a lot of pressure to purchase something they didn't even have on the lot and pay a lot more. I was told my trade in was not worth what has been said multiple times on the internet or by other knowledgeable people. After discussing with some people at work who suggested I go to Capital Ford I did but was apprehensible and nervous. I didn't like my first attempt at purchasing a new vehicle and didn't know how I would like dealing with another dealership. When I get to Capital Ford, the staff and atmosphere were beyond comparison. There was NO pressure to buy something that they didn't even have in stock. After a couple days, a deal was eventually made and I must say, bravo to Dennis and Shaun. You made me very happy not only with an amazing product, but you made me feel very at ease with making such a huge decision. Because of the specific accessories it took a couple days to get it ready. The dealership gave me a fair trade in for my truck which was babied since the day I bought it. I must also compliment Ted who walked me through the truck upon pickup. His knowledge of the product was beyond comparison to any other sales person I have encountered. Thanks Ted for all the information you provided me. It was very much appreciated it especially when I called you and asked you a few questions. I am extremely happy with my purchase and if you are interested in a new vehicle, going there is a step in the right direction. By the way the 2010 Ford explorer Sport Trac, it was an amazing ride.
