Outstanding service I bought my 2012 f150 platinum in March and have had phenomenal customer service. Even after making my purchase I continuously get followed up ensuring I'm having the best possible experience. I have had a few issues so far as the truck is now over 100,000 km's but all have been fixed in a timely manor. I haven't been offended by any of the pricing thus far either. I've had nothing but good experiences along the way and we have bought two more trucks (new 2015 XLT and used 2014 XLT) in the last six months. The new truck was going to be bought at another Ford dealership but as a last minute decision we decided to try Capital and we're sure glad we did. The difference was leaving the dealership before purchasing the vehicle - we felt good about everything. At other dealerships it feels rushed and forced, I think the relaxed and pressure free sales people are what makes buying from here so much more comfortable. About a week later we got a call from Eric Reece at Capital who had actually brought us in a vehicle that we wanted in the colour we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy either. We took the vehicle for a test drive and bought it the same night! Highly recommend this dealerhsip for your future purchases and ask for Eric Reece! Great guy to deal with. More
