Jacqueline was also very easy to deal with, she didn't pressure us the after the fact add-ons and after she let us know about them and we declined she didn't push. We were running short on time and drove away with the truck that afternoon without the customary wash and clean and they insisted that we bring it back the next week after we had got it very dirty on some gravel roads.
