But I so enjoyed dealing with this very courteous, knowledgeable young man that I asked him if he wouldn't mind staying and helping me close the deal (the gym could wait until another day, right Eric?). We went for several test drives, making sure that I got the feel of each style of vehicle. Eric answered all of my questions, made me feel right at home, got me a coffee, introduced me to the service team, and to Shane Mullally in Finance.
