When we got back to the dealership he took the time to let us look over the vehicle and explained how the trade in process works. Talking to Eric in the lot, test drive and in the office made use feel really good. When it came down to the numbers he explained all the price markdowns like, Employee Adjustment, Delivery Allowance what the total adjustments would be. When we went to pick up the Escape, Eric took the time again to go over the option and how they work. He even set up our phones for use. He has followed up several times after the sale with us and has always answered any question we have had. When we had the Escape in for the first oil change, Ted Asham was the service advisor. What another great experience. What a great Sales Consultant and staff. We had an all around good feeling buying our Escape at Capital Ford. I had been shopping for a vehicle for a few months and never felt like I was taken care of as a customer as well as I was at Capital. This great experience was definitely the result of dealing with Shaun Booth, the Sales Manager and Eric Reece the Lincoln Salesman. immediatley i felt comfortable with these guys and never felt as though I was being pushed into buying anything. Shaun was immediately helpful finding the vehicle that would fit my needs as at first i had not come in to buy a Lincoln. He then got Eric involved who took me for a test drive and was very thorough in showing me everything that the Lincoln has to offer.
