Dissappointment Reluctantly took vehicle back after last visit in which case tire pressure light came on 5 minutes out of Capital's parking lot. Got home and checked Reluctantly took vehicle back after last visit in which case tire pressure light came on 5 minutes out of Capital's parking lot. Got home and checked tire pressure to find three out of four tires were < 25psi. Also noticed one lug was missing because stud was stripped out. One of the other lug nuts on the same rim was a size bigger than the rest, good thing I didnt get a flat. This time we were told two front upper strut mounts needed to be replaced (we were told they were noisy) although we didn't notice any excessive noise until now $1500.00 later. Also feeling a vibration in the floor. Got the vehicle home parked in the garage now finding an oil patch on garage floor. Starting to take this personaly. We were charged $150.00 to replace the stud (which we supplied) although we were told we would be looked after. More

However, Sabrina was amazing - when I sat down to talk vehicles with her, I felt like I was out for coffee with a good friend, and our "serious business" of looking for the perfect vehicle was mixed with lots of laughs and great stories. I never once felt pressured into a sale, and the employees at this dealership were up front about what they had available, and what that would look like price-wise. There was no "beating around the bush" and my time was well spent chatting with the folks at Capital Ford. Sabrina was absolutely fantastic - professional and friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Which was our main reason for going to capital as we knew we would be looked after and not under pressure as is often the case with other dealerships.we had some indecision as to exactly what we wanted in an SUV and roger was patient and extremely helpful. Decided on an escape titanium that we were not initially sure about its color but couldn't pass up its option list and price point. Transaction was as smooth as could be and we were very Happy to be able to purchase through roger. If I was to mention any negative it would be the documentation fee that all dealers seem to add. Not sure what it represents for the $600. Additional charge. Overall very happy with purchase, dealership and of course reacquainting with a family friend. And we are liking the colour more each time we look at it. Funny side note about the colour, when we were sitting thinking about the color and whether we we wanted it Jeff McDonnal came in introduced himself and said what a beautiful colour the suv was. We jokingly thought for sure this was a setup until we talked to Jeff after and learned the colour was the same as his Missouri high of which he had a school plaque to prove sitting on his desk. Although, sorry Jeff its Bomber gold not Missouri gold. More
