I didn't have a trade in and preferred to pay cash. Quite a few dealers have the car price shown, but that is the price only if you finance through them. :-(. (what a scam!) Others would follow you around trying to "sell up" and wanted my contact information. I checked online as well and when I saw a car that I was interested in, sent a message. Some didn't answer at all or took a long time to answer and some answered that the car had been sold. Capitol Ford immediately answered me, followed up by keeping in contact with me and I ended up buying a car from them. Yes, they did offer an extended warranty and financing but with no pressure to take it. They took the time to explain the benefits. After I bought the car, Tony called me up a few days later to make sure everything was ok and to let me know I could contact him anytime if I had a problem/question. At 03:20 p.m. I had already paid my bill and was driving off the lot a very satisfied customer. During the service a repair was noted and completed in addition to the regular service. Everyone I spoke with that day at Capitol Ford were caring, helpful, honest and considerate.
