Fantastic SalesMan took time to answer all my many questions I went to several dealers to get prices on a 2016 F150 Lariat. Murray Elke was the best person to deal with out of all the sales people I dealt with. I went to several dealers to get prices on a 2016 F150 Lariat. Murray Elke was the best person to deal with out of all the sales people I dealt with. His Product knowledge was 5 star and he had patience with all my many questions. I ended up ordering my truck from the Factory and he spent 2.5 hours on the lot with me going through all the vehicles and showing me all the options and colors. We first saw the vehicle on-line and thanks to the great description and many (many!) photos we decided an "in-person" visit was needed. Walked in and met Tony Day, as well as Jeff "Missouri" McDonnal. Tony is a terrific person to deal with...knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to answer all our questions and we enjoyed meeting / dealing with him very much. It was very apparent that Tony wanted to a fully happy customer. Shane in the financial office was also a great person to help get all the paperwork done. His style, like Tony, is also more of a consultant, taking the time to make sure he understood and fulfilled on his promises. Both Tony and Shane went out of their way to make sure the sale was smooth and (dare I say?) fun! Jeff was always nearby with a friendly word and to make sure all was going perfectly.
