My memorable 1st truck buying experience :D I walked into Capitol Ford Lincoln based on a recommendation, even though I thought I had made up my mind on a Chevy earlier that day. After chatting with Kelly Warren for only a few moments I had a new favorite truck in mind. He listened to what my wants were and made it happen! That day I signed the papers and soon enough I was driving away in my brand new F250 <3! Cathy Brown, being a horse person like myself also helped with the process by understanding what kind of truck and hitch of course was needed. The whole process was fun and easy! Kelly even brought me to the service department with my first check up in mind and I got to meet Caitlin who booked me in for my first appointment and was extremely personably and friendly. I am SO happy with my beautiful truck and the customer service was and continues to be outstanding. I know that my questions will be answered by these two at any stage :) Thanks so much you guys!! Excellent service and knowledgeable sales staff We have dealt with the same sales representative for several years and again today went in to look at a new Lincoln MKX. Murray was very knowledgeabl We have dealt with the same sales representative for several years and again today went in to look at a new Lincoln MKX.
