They tricked us into coming in by posting a truck online that didn’t even exist! We booked a test drive and somehow they couldn’t find it on the lot. Stolen??? This is the second time I have been utterly disgusted with the service department at Capital Ford. My appointment was made a couple weeks ago for a winter tire change-over and The Works maintenance & oi with the service department at Capital Ford. I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone in the service department - on hold 25 minutes and repeated call backs. I don't know when I can get my vehicle back since nobody answers! I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, and not only did they fail to complete the service properly, but my car was also vandalized under their care. The passenger side window was smashed, and the dealership refused to take responsibility, citing their lack of lot insurance. This lack of accountability and customer care is absolutely appalling. I will never set foot in this dealership again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs. One star is honestly too generous for this terrible experience.
