My car buying experience began with plenty of information about the vehicle I was interested in from the Sales Manager (Michael PARK), no pressure from the sales staff (Eric REECE) and continued with the paperwork (Shane MULLALLY) making the entire experience rather pleasant. The staff was professional and made me relaxed and at ease right away. When I picked up the vehicle, a 2014Ford Focus ST, the vehicle looked brand new, thanks to the detailing crew.
