I was hesitant to enter a big city dealer when I have been so spoiled with small town service. As soon as I walked into Capital Ford, all my worries were set aside. I was greeted at the door by Jordan Cooney who I was in contact with originally, and he immediately offered me a coffee and assistance. I was passed on to Mark Elliott who took over from there. Both Jordan and Mark were very quick at getting back to me by text messaging which was very convenient for me. Mark was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my requirements were met. His friendly, and easy going personality made him a pleasure to deal with.
