My wife went into Capital Dodge in February to trade in her Jeep. and purchase, a a new one. The deal was done, contract signed, deposit paid, and then 4 weeks later she gets a call from the dealership to her Jeep. and purchase, a a new one. The deal was done, contract signed, deposit paid, and then 4 weeks later she gets a call from the dealership to tell her they cannot find a car to sell her. She had to escalate to the GM, who only able to apologize but basically said too bad, no deal. What kind of dealership does this? We are done with this dealership forever. More

I was deceived by the salesman to make a quick sale then told "this doesn't actually come with that" over 5 times. I finally agreed to purchase the vehicle with the agreement that I would get satellite radi told "this doesn't actually come with that" over 5 times. I finally agreed to purchase the vehicle with the agreement that I would get satellite radio for free - I didn't get that either. I also was only given one key and had to call and email for over 5 weeks to get them to pay for the second key. If you can go elsewhere, please do! More
