Bought a used 2014 VW Tiguan from this dealership... 1. before deciding to buy the car or not I took it to an independent mechanic; his recommendatio Bought a used 2014 VW Tiguan from this dealership... 1. before deciding to buy the car or not I took it to an independent mechanic; his recommendation was to have the rear right rotor machined; told that to the salesperson who told me they can do it; never happened, they polished a little bit the rotor just to look better; 2. waiting a long time to deal with who ever is supposed to help you in finalizing the transaction, even they have nothing else to do they'll make you wait; 3. detailing was poorly done, maybe nothing was done; I had to clean the car in some areas myself after I took possession of it; 4. sent a message to the president to complain about the lack of respect towards their clients, and never got an answer from him.
