Collectively, they are excellent educators too---and I love learning in depth about both my vehicle, and off-roading as a whole. I respect and appreciate the teams' competencies and customer-care orientation (each and every individual). Kudos to those associated with this dealership's day-to-day service operations that I've met and interacted with over the past 4+ years.. This includes the tactical service management and delivery team, the technicians effecting the work, along with Eric in Parts. They are, IMHO, central to Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge success---this from my years of personal experience as a engaged client. As a vehicle owner I value quality and reliability, it's key to my returning time and time again! It had emptied ALL of its oil and since the plug blew off, it was also ALL over the engine etc. Nick kept us posted every step of the way on any damage and the spent a ton of time making sure every little corner had been cleaned properly so there would be no residual smell. Nick went above and beyond when explaining what happened and documenting extra details as we needed a thorough copy to bring to another business to be reimbursed (all of this was a result of their mistake). Friendly but misleading My wife and I went to the dealership to look at trading her vehicle for a new Jeep. We had shipped around online and we had agreed on a number over em My wife and I went to the dealership to look at trading her vehicle for a new Jeep. We had shipped around online and we had agreed on a number over email for the trade/difference. Upon arriving to the dealer they wouldn't honor the deal. After 3 hours of back and forth they ended up coming down to $1200 more then agreed upon and wouldn't go any lower. We ended up accepting this and taking the vehicle. The sales manager said he would give me a deal on some tires or free assessors when I complained at pick up. Upon pricing around I found that the deal offered was just standard pricing and that other places offered better pricing. Upon inquiring about this I was told that's all they could do. The salesman was very apologetic for the problems but he could only do what he could. More
