I complained and they tried to blame me wanted me to prove it and show pictures yet it happend while they had possesion. Now expect me to pay for it am not happy. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall First time coming in for service here at Capital Dodge. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall in the service drive through and he made me feel like I had been a customer there for years. He had an answer for every question I had, went through the whole work order with me before I left and explained how everything would progress. When it came down to the repairs, he let me know how important some of the repairs were and prioritized them for me. When the vehicle was done, he called and when I arrived, went over the bill with me to make sure I had no further questions. Next time I have to bring my car in, I'll gladly bring it back to Capital Dodge and will be seeing Nick again! More

What We liked most about Tanner and Scott , was that they were not pushy ,( we loved this ) and very knowledgable on their vechiles . Then Trever Kelly ( finance manager) , went above and beyond his title to help us with the Financing. We had a few issues but he never gave up until it worked out in our favour.
