Very disappointed in recent interaction with this dealership. We made an offer: our 2016 Tahoe LTZ + $$$ to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. We had a verbal agreement on a trade-in that was ver dealership. We made an offer: our 2016 Tahoe LTZ + $$$ to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. We had a verbal agreement on a trade-in that was very clear, this was all we would pay. At first they refused, but a week later they called to tell us that they would accept our offer. What they failed to mention was that they applied for the Hybrid federal rebate and just included it in the deal. For the deal to be agreeable to our verbal deal our cash payment should have been less $5000.00. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. We found this to be very dishonest practice. If you get a rebate make sure you get it as part of your deal and not theirs!!!! More
