It was old school shell game,fudging numbers,scribbling tactics to try to get me to buy the vehicle. As soon as I saw this my wallet shut down and I moved on the next day to different dealership where the buying process was way more comfortable. No names mentioned about sales manager but if you are making a deal and have the same person play all those old school tactics with you , you will know who I'm talking about. More

Crossmember replacement, front and rear, well done and fast Brent was very helpful. He made sure I had all the information, even showed me a replacement part to explain what would be done. Excellent Service Department I unfortunately bought my 2015 Jeep from another dealer and had problems with it right away. While at both dealer ships I encounter several other minor service issues and started to think that my service expectations must be in unreasonable. I decided to try Capital Dodge even though they are located an hour from my home, I was immediately impressed with the service and with a couple of visits my problem is fixed.
