Trade in of 2010 Dodge Journey and purchase of used vehicle I was approached via email to consider trading in my 2010 Dodge Journey as the dealer indicated there was a "shortage" of pre-owned vehicles. The email peaked my curiosity because I was coincidentally considering getting rid of the vehicle for a smaller one. It just so happened Capital Dodge had a 2013 Mazda3 on their lot, which was exactly what I was looking for. Shannon Duncan was extremely courteous in replying to my emails and ensuring I was receiving answers to my questions. I made an appointment to come in with my vehicle and take the mazda for a test drive. The only part of the experience I did not like/appreciate, was when the floor manager applied pressure for me to sign papers that very day for a purchase I was unsure of. I was also disappointed with the amount they gave me for my trade-in, considering they approached ME under the guise of needing more pre-owned vehicles. All in all, the experience was fairly positive, up until the real pricing negotiations occurred. Lastly, I was disappointed they would not give me a break with the significant dents that are on the used vehicle. They would not budge on the price. More

Feedback Mike and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable and great to work with. Nice staff, but when I picked up my new to me Jeep and it wasn't ready, it Mike and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable and great to work with. Nice staff, but when I picked up my new to me Jeep and it wasn't ready, it was dirty, needed to be vacuumed and cleaned in and out, waited over an hour for it to be cleaned, there were other issues as well, oil change light on, no spare key, other people’s names stored on phone system, I had asked that no dealer stickers or mats be on car however the dealer stickers were still on car and floor mats were dealer mats etc. Whether picking up a new or used car, it should have been ready. I am very disappointed to be honest. Mike did advise his manager of all the issues and I was contacted for a recount which was appreciated. More
