Was my first car buying experience! I absolutely love my new Fiat! I traded in my 2005 SMART fortwo and upgraded to a FIAT500 Turbo. I wish I had been able to get a little more for my trade in, however I had been quoted the same at other dealers. Salem was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole car buying experience! She had some great advice and I really felt that she was on my side and working for me throughout the negotiations. She answered all of my questions and she was never pushy or constantly calling me like most other dealerships were. I had a few frustrating moments with the finance department and a lack of communication there but it all worked out and I feel extremely lucky to be driving around in my new luxurious FIAT500 Turbo! More
