Good experience I don't like Car buying, I also had a hard time believing that Roman could put together the deal he offered on the phone. In the end it wasn't that bad of an experience (I mentioned I don't like car buying) I would not hesitate to send someone to see Roman to buy a car, he did a great job and was easy to work with. More

The manager Steve Jajou was awesome to deal with as well, with this being said, the team work in making my wife and I feel very comfortable and not being pushed into something, we are EXTREMELY grateful to the team that went the extra mile. To my suprise from start to finish Chris Spurr made the process easy and non intimidating. He took the time to listen and really understand what I was looking for. His laid back demanour and kind approach made me feel like we had been friends for years! Chris went out of his way to help bring in the car I wanted. I have already given his name to some friends and family members. If you are looking for a easy to talk to, straight shooter, I highly recommend giving Chris a call. Martin in finance also made the scary money side of the process easy to understand. He was honest and made sure I understood the many pages of the deal. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the ease to my worries that Chris and Matrin brought. I can't thank them enough! More

I purchased a used car from them, first time ever at a dealership, and I had questions for the finance employee that I dealt with. She never once responded to any email or phone call that I had left. This was only one issue that has gone on with this dealership. The lack of communication right from the initial contact should have been a warning sign. Even the salesmen that I had dealt with lack communication skills. Now I have even sent an email to the OWNER and he still has never responded to my concerns. If you want a dealership that keeps in touch with you, avoid this dealership. More

Got a recall, so I called them up to set up an appointment. They noticed I was due for some "other" service, but I declined because my neighborhood shop handles those things. The wife in an attempt to save me the trouble of taking the car in, dropped it off early the next morning after a night shift. When they went through the list of scheduled repairs at the reception, she just said " I only want done what my husband booked." and signed. When we picked the car up, they charged us over $300 dollars for additional services that we hadn't booked, but had been added to the work order before signing. Suffice it to say the dealership won't be getting any more of our business. If you must do business with them, always ask upfront what its going to cost, and always read before you sign. Afterwards you will be treated to hearing that you signed it, your responsible. I blame us for not being diligent enough in reading the fine print, and for not asking about any additional costs. I also believe I shouldn't have to. If they claim that they run a stand up kind of business, there would be no room for this kind of problem, further; It took me about 5 minutes to find another person reviewing the same department who had the same complaint. I can't say for sure whether the problem was incompetence, poor communication, or something shadier. In the end they were willing to pay back about a third of the cost and we told them at the time that it wasn't an acceptable solution, but this transaction insures that for the relatively cheap sum of $215 "Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge" will never sell me another car. More

Chrysler told us that we needed an Active Trac 11 option to accomplish this. There seemed to be 100 Jeep Cherokee's in stock but not a single one with Active Trac 11 ? The sale rep. And the sales manager tried to sell us an in stock jeep that we don't did not care for. They were more intent on selling that jeep than finding us the model we actually wanted? We at one point threatened to leave when they finally got after finding us a vehicle. The whole process was stressful and not in the least enjoyable. We had to ask for someone to give us a basic overview of our new jeep the day we dropped in to pick the vehicle up. There was nothing planned for this. More
