Would’ve been nice to get two key fobs with the truck even though it’s used , all vehicles come with two original any ways . For a dealership to give a second one with a used truck is peanuts . I had went to Derrick Dodge dealership as being new to the Edmonton area had to start with one . I TOTALLY got ripped off . It was the worst costumer service I have ever gotten from a business . Figuring they had a bad day I would try them again well that was a big mistake . The costumer service was worse than the first time. I was totally pissed by this point . I decided to switch dealers and called Capital Chrysler Dodge and they put me threw to service . That’s when I was introduced to Paul El-Hayek in service . He was really polite and eager to help me with our vehicle . I told him we needed our Jeep checked he was happy to help. Gave us a appointment right away and supplied us with a vehicle while it was getting serviced. Although Derrick Dodge dealer said we had $1500.00 dollars in repairs (which I didn’t tell Paul about) I was worried for a big bill . Paul called when the Jeep was ready and the bill was no where near $1500.00 . Was like $200.00 . I must say I found an honest dealership in Edmonton and go there now with all our vehicle needs. I usually deal with Paul I like to stick with someone I trust when it comes to our vehicles. He is always pleasant, easy to deal with and I feel he’s very honest. Thank You Paul El-Hayek 😊 More

Both salesman I highly recommend if you are in the market for new or used. This is my 4th Dodge vehicle and I am once again impressed. My prior purchases were made on new units from Derrick Dodge. As good as the sales experience was, I would have to admit I prefer the ‘after the sale’ service available at Derrick Dodge. Had this vehicle been available at Derrick Dodge, they would have retained my business. I will continue to utilize the Parts and Service Centers through Derrick Dodge, Edmonton, for what I see as better service and will hope to secure future vehicles through their sales team. More
