Today we visited your facility for an oil change and winter tire installation. Unfortunately, my winter tires couldn't be installed due to an issue with the rims. Up until then, everything was fine. However, when we received the car back, there were multiple issues: The wheel lock was missing. My car was scratched by the winter tire studs. My original wheels were also scratched. I am extremely dissatisfied with today's service. I don’t live in Edmonton and prefer to travel to the dealership where I bought the vehicle to ensure quality service. However, today’s experience showed me a lack of care for vehicles. My car is new, purchased in June this year, and had no scratches until today. I had to buy touch-up paint to cover the scratches, with the promise of reimbursement. As for the wheel lock, I was told it would be available next week. This means that in the meantime, I must hope not to get a flat tire, as I wouldn’t be able to change it, which would again require another trip to Edmonton. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of attention and care shown to my vehicle today. More

Had to take truck back for warranty work a second time since completed in Fall 2023. Had to pay shop supplies on top of another wheel alignment which goes hand in hand for the warranty work completed for since completed in Fall 2023.
