We still have not been able to pick up the truck yet as my boyfriend works out of town and it is being fixed at the Southside Red Deer location. Kurt promised Kyle he would go deliver it to Capital for him so Kyle drove all the way home to Edmonton to get it and when he got there he was told they did not have time to get to it. He did not get any call or warning this happened and even tried to get in touch with Kurt before coming down. This dealership has wasted so much of our time, especially with Kyle being out of town for work. We will never be purchasing another vehicle from Chrysler as we are so angry about this experience. The truck needing a part is not what angers us, its how Capital handled it. Southside in Red Deer were the only ones to help us and got him in a rental. Capital took no responsibility for this issue. They gave us the truck initially with the problem and did not help us resolve it, we had to rely on another dealership. We will be making sure that our experience is shared with others in order to save other customers time and stress. This completely ruined our purchasing experience.

Good Afternoon, I appreciate you bringing this incident to our attention. I understand that Kyle purchased the vehicle from us and about a week later there was an issue with a part; I was told that he took it to a Chrysler location in Red Deer to have it fixed and unfortunately they were not 100% honest with you about the status of the part required for the truck. I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience working with the service department in Red Deer, but I cannot speak on their behalf as Capital is not directly affiliated with them. In regards to him showing up here to pick up his truck and it not being here, I spoke with Kurt and he informed me that he attempted to contact Kyle and was unable to reach him. The truck was never at any point in our service center as it was being worked in Red Deer. I apologize if there was any miscommunication.

Kyle tried calling Kurt twice yesterday and he never answered him he should have tried a lot harder to get a hold of him when he knew he was driving that far. Yes it was being dealt with in Red Deer but it was your dealership who gave him this truck when it needed a part right away- the DIF service was on the second he got the truck. This experience has been none stop excuses and pushing the blame somewhere else. Kyle had been in to talk to managers as well as talked to them multiple times over the phone and no one ever did anything for him. Much better service on the part of the dealership is required here. He purchased a very expensive vehicle from you and this is how he is treated? We will make sure to tell everyone we know how your dealership decides to deal with a difficult issue like this. You refuse to put in an extra effort to make your customer happy when this kind of situation arises and that is extremely frustrating. The rental was only covered until yesterday and since Kurt did not get the truck, we will have to pay for the rental today ourselves. Thanks so much for your help.

But in regards to the problems with the truck, the vehicles come from our Chrysler manufacturer and are inspected before they leave our dealership; we would never send you away with a vehicle knowing there is something wrong with it.
