I never purchased it thru Capital just did some service work. We ended up setting an appointment to explore my options and to "lower my cost of driving" which I found funny since my vehicle was new. When I arrived at the dealership I was professionally greeted by a young lady. We sat down and chatted about different options. For the first time being in a dealership I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson trying to pull a fast one. I ended up factory ordering a vehicle and purchasing it before I even saw it all thanks to Natalia who made me feel very comfortable at Capital. I am now the proud new owner for a Chrysler 300. The deposit that was put on the vehicle to secure the financing was not returned onto the credit card until two months later after many conversations with people from capital about this issue. This has made me very disappointed in this dealership when I heard many good things about it before. More
