Throughout the shopping process, I encountered sales people at other dealerships that were every bit the stereotype: smarmy, slick and generally uninterested in what I actually wanted. Patrick Duchownik at Capital definitely broke the mold of the classic salesman. He listened to and respected what I was looking for and was enthusiastic about helping me find it. He was knowledgeable, without being over-bearing and made the entire process seamless and easy. It felt as though I was making a decision with the help of an informed friend, rather than being sold to by someone with only the bottom-line in mind. Patrick, Dan and Taurean seem like genuinely nice people and were a pleasure to deal with. And I have the best Jeep ever :) More

Worst customer service experience ever. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and at first everything went well. Until, after only a week, a part was needed for the brand new vehicle We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and at first everything went well. Until, after only a week, a part was needed for the brand new vehicle and it went into the shop. After being continuously lied to about the part being almost in, we found out there was no such part in North America. After a continuous battle with the dealership to have this straightened out, it was still not resolved. This experience wasted a tremendous amount of our time and money. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered, and I warn anyone thinking of buying a vehicle here to save your time. It was a horrendous experience and they know absolutely nothing about true customer service. More

Since our family is expanding, we figured we would go see them I had decent experience with this dealership when I had purchased my Compass last year. Since our family is expanding, we figured we would go see them about getting into a van and small car, instead of owning two SUVs. However we were met with attitude the moment we walked into the door. We knew exactly what we were looking for, yet they continued to question us without listening to what we had to say. When they came back with a price, the payments were more than double what we were already paying. They called my wife a liar when she called them out on saying they couldn't get her a deal on a car for her SUV. When we politely asked for our keys to our vehicles back so we could leave, we basically had them thrown at us and a very rude "FINE" was said to us. I have a one year old who behaved with more maturity than the sales people did today. I will not be going back to this dealership, and I will make sure none of my family or friends go either. More
